Exceptions: There are a few items that we cannot accept returns for, including:

  • Custom or personalized products that were made to your specifications.
  • Health and hygiene products, including personal care items (such as beauty products, grooming accessories, etc.) due to sanitary concerns.

  • If you return an item due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part (wrong item, incorrect size, etc.), you will receive a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
  • If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., changing your mind, wrong size, or wrong color), the original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Processing Time: Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for us to process your return once the item has been received. You will be notified when your return has been processed, and the refund has been issued.

3. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and purchasing the desired product through a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect (wrong size, color, or defective), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make every effort to correct the issue by providing a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Certain items, such as sale or clearance items, may be marked as Final Sale. These products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged during transit. Be sure to check product details before making a purchase.
